I just wanted to mention that I've been working out a lot lately. Since the snow is finally gone, I've started to run again. Been out like 4 times during the last week. And this morning, Ronja (who now is my PT, haha) made me work out for an hour or so. We mostly trained strength. This is gonna hurt tomorrow....
